Purchase conditions

The prices and conditions of sale are merely informative and may be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, placing the order by filling in the purchase form implies compliance with the price offered and with the general conditions of sale in force at this specific time. Once the order is formalized, the purchase will be understood to be perfected by right, with all the legal guarantees that protect the purchasing consumer, and from that moment the prices and conditions will be contractual, and may not be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties. Spanish will be the language used to formalize the contract. The electronic document in which the contract is formalized will be filed and the user will have access to it in their client area.

Shipments

  • Delivery times range from 24 to 72 hours at the customer's choice. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we do try to ensure that transport companies comply with them whenever possible. In rural towns far from urban centers, it is not possible to guarantee delivery within 24 hours in any case. The delivery time for personalized products can take up to 30 days.
  • Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated on each and every one of the products offered. In orders that include several items, a single shipment will be made and the delivery time will correspond to the item with the longest delivery time.
  • The client will have 72 hours to verify the integrity of all the components of the order and to verify that everything that he owes is included in the products included. After these 72 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and claims for damage or failures with the shipment will not be accepted.
  • An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. It is in the next 24 hours when the client must verify the products upon receipt of the same and expose all the objections that may exist.
  • Material received in poor condition by the carrier: If the package shows bumps or any damage, you will have to indicate the damage on the receipt or inform the delivery person who notes on the PDA that the package has the damage that you indicate. This is so that we can exercise the guarantee established with the transport company. If this management is not carried out by the recipient, we will not be able to claim the carrier and it will not be possible to make the replacement of the material or the reimbursement. We must be informed within 24/48 hours once the package has been received in order to file a claim. In that case the material will be repositioned without any cost as well as the shipping costs generated.

Returns

VERY IMPORTANT: At the time of receiving your order you must follow the following instructions: Check the package when it is delivered, if you notice any damage in the packaging, open it immediately and check the content, if it is damaged or something is missing, record all the Damages or faults on the carrier's delivery note or postal delivery receipt. And report it to auto art online within a maximum period of 24 hours. If it is not done in this way, it will be impossible to claim the transport company and auto art online will not assume responsibility.

In accordance with current legislation, you can proceed to return products, for whatever reason, within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the merchandise by the customer. For this, the conditions set out on this conditions page must be met. You can do so by completing the withdrawal document.

The consumer and user will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of the same other than that necessary to establish their nature, their characteristics or their operation.

Return conditions for private customers

Regardless of what is described above, the following products cannot be returned except in case of defective products:

  • Returns of the following products will not be accepted, as established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws :
  1. The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgment on their part that they are aware that, once the contract has been completely executed by the entrepreneur, you will have lost your right of withdrawal.
  2. The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
  3. The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
  4. The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
  5. The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery. For example, products for cosmetics, airbrushes that can be used in makeup and pastries, etc.
  6. The supply of goods that after delivery and taking into account their nature have been inextricably mixed with other goods.
  7. The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
  8. The supply of digital content that is not provided on a material support when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on their part that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.
  • All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and conditions, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the item. Otherwise, WEGA ELITE reserves the right to refuse the return.
  • Once the return form has been completed and sent, you will receive the instructions to send it to our facilities by email. You must send the goods without delay, within a maximum period of 14 days after you notify us of your desire to exercise the right.
  • The transport costs originated by the return will be borne by the buyer. The buyer is free to choose and look for the agency that best suits their needs or offers the most competitive rates. However, you can calculate the cost that the return may entail here:
  • Once the merchandise has been received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed. We will refund the payment received from you, excluding the delivery charge. We will make the payment within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from when you exercise your right of withdrawal. Until we have received the goods we can withhold the refund.
  • Return of products with gift or promotion. A complete return (complete pack or item + gift) will be mandatory in order to proceed with the refund. In the case of products that include game download codes, it will be a requirement not to have downloaded them to proceed with the full payment. In the event that it has been downloaded, the amount of the game will be deducted from the total to be reimbursed.

Conditions of returns for distributors

  • Returns of material will only be accepted without unsealing and in perfect condition, during the 7 calendar days after receipt.
  • The existing promotions on the web that extend the delivery period of 7 days will not be applicable to distributors, who will always have a return period of 7 days.
  • Such returns will be processed as commercial returns, since there is no law that regulates the rights of return between companies and such procedures are regulated according to the conditions of WEGA ELITE.
  • Returns of products in blister or heat-sealed, and other products that present a broken factory security seal will not be accepted; such as open bottles, airbrushes, etc. Returns of personalized products such as stencils, silhouettes, formulated paint, etc. will also not be accepted.
  • These conditions do not invalidate the right to guarantee or exchange defective products. WEGA ELITE reserves the right to deny the return in case of detecting any anomaly in the returned product.

Order cancellations

Those cancellations of orders that involve a return to the client and that are by bank transfer will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we try to ensure that the period does not exceed 7 days.
