WEGA ELITE PRODUCTS S.L. -Hereinafter WEGA ELITE-, the company that owns www.WegaElite.com, guarantees according to current laws and the following conditions all the computer equipment, components and other products that it distributes.

The consumer can contact both the seller and the manufacturer of the product, who will be liable for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from delivery (one year for second-hand products).

When the lack of conformity manifests itself after 6 months and in doubtful cases, the manufacturer may require an independent expert report to process the guarantee. In obvious cases of malfunction or irregular operation in the warranty period there is no problem at all.

In any case, during the time that the consumer is deprived of the product, the calculation of the warranty period is suspended; For example, if the repair of an object takes 15 days, the warranty period will end 15 days later than originally planned.

Any manufacturer that has a guarantee of more than 2 years established by the current Law, must be processed directly with the manufacturer, not being the responsibility of such assumptions WEGA ELITE.

The shipping costs generated by the processing of the product warranty will be borne by WEGA ELITE in those cases where it is assumed that the lack of conformity exists in the purchased good. It should always be done following the instructions indicated by WEGA ELITE, upon request and acceptance.

Conditions for companies and distributors: When the client is a distributor, or invoices as a company (not a natural person), the shipping costs to our facilities will always be borne by the client, since the law on consumer goods does not regulate the sale between companies. In addition, the guarantee in these cases will be that stipulated by the manufacturer of the product.

The consumer may claim before the seller when the product is not in accordance with the contract:

  • The good acquired does not conform to the description given by the seller.
  • The good acquired is not suitable for the uses to which consumer goods of the same type are ordinarily used.
  • It is not suitable for the special use that would have been required by the consumer and that the seller has accepted.
  • It does not present the expected quality and behavior, especially considering the public statements (advertising, brochures, labeling ...) about its specific characteristics made by the seller or the manufacturer.

The consumer and user have the right to:

  • Repair or replace. The consumer and user may before the seller choose the repair or replacement, unless one of the two options is impossible or disproportionate. The one with a higher cost will be considered disproportionate. Non-expendable goods (when they are of a specific nature) or second-hand goods cannot be substituted. Both repair and replacement must be carried out within a reasonable period of time and completely free of charge for the consumer.

NOTE: The warranty can be managed directly with WEGA ELITE, however some manufacturers offer direct management of breakdowns / defects / incidents produced in their products to provide a quality after-sales service and reduce time. In these cases, WEGA ELITE will inform you so that you can decide whether to process it with us or with them.

  • Price reduction or termination of the contract. They will proceed when the consumer and user cannot demand the repair or replacement and in cases where it has not been carried out within a reasonable period of time or without major inconveniences for the consumer and user. The resolution will not proceed when the lack of conformity is minor.

* Processing of guarantee of promotional products, packs or gifts. If it is a gift, it will be replaced by another of the same or, if it is not possible, of similar value, never by money. If it is a promotional product or pack, if the repair or replacement is not possible, the equivalent amount will be reimbursed, calculated taking into account the real price of the product and the discount obtained by the customer when purchasing it in promotion.

Cancellation of guarantees

The warranty may be voided for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect use, manipulation or maintenance by the Customer of a computer, multimedia kit, component or peripheral.
  • Software and / or virus problems.
  • Components burned by surges or electrical current surges.
  • Broken or damaged components subject to impact.
  • Incorrect repair, modification or extension by the customer of a computer.
  • Deterioration, removal or concealment, by the customer, of the warranty label of WegaElite.com or the manufacturer of all products (including those that are part of a computer, multimedia kit or semi-equipment) manufactured or distributed by WegaElite.com.

Ultimately, any damaged material or material with obvious signs of improper handling will not be accepted.

The warranty does not cover

The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use of the product and / or manipulation of the same other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or operation. In these cases, the consumer must take charge of its repair. Therefore, the following are excluded from the guarantee:

  • Defects and deterioration caused by external events, accidents, mainly electrical accidents, by wear and by use not in accordance with the instructions of WEGA ELITE.
  • Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorized by WEGA ELITE, as well as products that are the subject of a specific support contract.
  • Incorrect software / hardware configuration, by the customer, of a computer, component or peripheral. Incorrect software / hardware configuration or equipment failure caused by a component not supplied by WEGA ELITE and incorporated by the customer.
  • Computer virus infection, by the customer, on computers, hard drives or diskettes of drivers or additional software.

For these purposes, WEGA ELITE informs that the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) establishes several options to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal. Among them, it contemplates the possibility of doing so by filling out a form electronically. In order to shorten the times and that you can make the return in a comfortable way and without delay, from WEGA ELITE we advise you to make use of that option and fill in the withdrawal form that will be provided to the formalization of your order, accessing with your username and password.

The repair of the previous cases will be invoiced. Repair fee: 20 Euros per hour (VAT not included).

These guarantee conditions do not affect the statutory rights of the consumer protected by the applicable legislation.

Likewise, the guarantee will act with respect to hidden defects and manufacturing defects of the product in accordance with article 1490 of the CC.

Processing of the guarantee

Contact Customer Service, phone +34 96 276 2030 and request a return authorization number (NAD).

Mark this NAD number on the package to be returned, an essential requirement for the amount to be paid. In the event that the returned package does not contain the NAD, or the NAD term has expired, the package will be returned to the sender postage due.

Refunds are issued after product testing.

DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

All items must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories, parts, and instruction manuals / dvd (s) that were shipped with your original order.

Wega Elite Products S.L. does not assume any responsibility for damages occurred by the transport company and the delivery of the merchandise.

A standard 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. The restocking fee is calculated on the total price of the purchased product.

Transportation, handling and processing costs are non-refundable.

The return costs will be borne by the customer.
